Nah, I've always had Piccolo's blast as superior, but I figured that it didn't matter so much so long as they're at least on a similar plane of power, given the evidence on both sides.

He'd surpassed the 23,000 mark, as evidenced by the way he and Gohan performed against Ginyu in Goku (who was around 23,000), and Vegeta later states that both their powers had been steadily rising.

The best one Favourite Manga They all suck	Saiyan Femme Feb 17 2013, 08:23 PM couldn't it be also that they were stronger post-Guru? you have them both at less than a third of Recoome's power If they were, they wouldn't have been noted to be only "over 10,000", as that'd be one hell of an understatement, and it fits with their powers steadily rising over time, rather than having this one point where their power stayed the same, and then having it raise suddenly afterwards.

I would maybe put them 1.1-1.2x weaker.
